Ligado a “uma revolução profunda” em Gondomar, sobretudo na área educativa, o atual candidato à Câmara destaca “um trabalho de elevação, bom entendimento e cordialidade”.
Nestes últimos 4 anos, qual considera ser a obra com o seu carimbo?
É difícil escolher uma obra. O Multiusos é uma referência que tem acolhido eventos de grande dimensão e eventos a nível concelhio. Na vertente educativa, nunca nos sentimos num nível de conforto, queremos sempre melhorar as escolas e adequar os projetos educativos ao nível de aprendizagem.
Mesmo sendo um vereador com vários pelouros, identifica-se mais com o pelouro da educação?
Considero que fizemos uma revolução profunda, porque quando chegamos a Gondomar uma série de escolas apresentavam condições de degradação extrema. Hoje Gondomar é considerado uma referência a nível nacional em várias áreas, entre as quais a educação. O que fizemos foi traçar um plano de diagnóstico e de projeção das necessidades de investimento na área da educação.
