Completam-se hoje 100 dias desde a tomada de posse do atual Executivo da Câmara Municipal de Gondomar. Dificuldades, surpresas e constrangimentos orçamentais foram vários mas, para a Câmara, “a determinação, o rigor e a vontade de cumprir um compromisso eleitoral têm estimulado este Executivo municipal.” O desígnio de mudança de imagem, de transparência, de descentralização, de redistribuição de esforço fiscal e de modernização administrativa relegam para segundo plano qualquer obstáculo que entretanto surja.
De acordo com o comunicado que a Câmara fez chegar às redações, “o Executivo está satisfeito com o seu desempenho pois conseguiu já pôr em prática 39 medidas com um espírito positivo e virado para um futuro melhor para todos os Gondomarenses.”
Abaixo, nas diferentes áreas de atuação, seguem algumas das principais medidas tomadas pela Câmara Municipal.
Democracia, transparência, cidadania e participação
• Reuniões públicas da Câmara descentralizadas pelas freguesias do Concelho.
• Agilização de atendimento dos munícipes.
• Mais informação no site da Câmara atinente aos responsáveis do Executivo, em consideração aos indicadores de transparência.
• Criação de uma página oficial da Câmara na rede social Facebook, com o objetivo de interagir mais e rapidamente com os munícipes.
• Celebração de Acordos de Execução e Contratos Interadministrativos com as sete freguesias e uniões de freguesias do concelho, no âmbito dos quais a Câmara transferirá, em meios financeiros diretos, recursos humanos e materiais, mais 50% do que em 2013.
Equipamento
• Renovação do parque automóvel da Autarquia, que tem uma idade média superior a 20 anos, colocando em funcionamento 22 viaturas que estavam imobilizadas.
Obras municipais
• Início de obras de beneficiação e de repavimentação em Fânzeres, Rio Tinto, Baguim do Monte e Valbom.
Habitação
• Regulamentação da atribuição e gestão das habitações sociais, o que permite entregar casas em perfeitas condições de habitualidade, ao invés do que sucedia até aqui.
Ação social
• Operacionalização do Programa Metropolitano de Emergência Social, reforçando equipas dos serviços que, em cerca de dois meses, estabeleceram critérios de equidade e justiça para a distribuição da verba atribuída a Gondomar (mais de 175 mil euros) por 1312 pessoas, apoiando 414 famílias.
• Pela primeira vez, no âmbito do Programa Natal Solidário, foi descentralizada a entrega dos vales em todas as freguesias e Uniões de Freguesias.
Departamento jurídico
• Renegociação do reequilíbrio económico-financeiro da concessão do parque de estacionamento do Mercado da Areosa, que possibilitou uma “poupança” de 1,2 milhões de euros.
