PDM de Gondomar não é atualizado há uma década
O Plano Diretor Municipal (PDM) de Gondomar está caducado desde 2004. Constituindo um suporte legal indispensável para a programação e atuação das iniciativas municipais, o PDM integra-se nos Planos Municipais de Ordenamento do Território (PMOT) e abrange uma escala territorial concelhia, determinando as diretrizes da estrutura de ocupação da área da autarquia e tentando definir estratégias para o seu território. Em Gondomar, essas estratégias pararam no tempo e há quem diga mesmo que o PDM não foi revisto por “interesses e falta de vontade política”. O Vivacidade conversou com o vice-presidente da Câmara, Luís Filipe Araújo que revelou avanços na revisão do Plano Diretor Municipal de Gondomar e mostrou interesse em resolver o assunto “o mais rápido possível”.
As questões relacionadas com a reserva agrícola e reserva ecológica – necessárias para o avanço da revisão ou atualização do PDM – “já estão fechadas”. Garantia dada por Luís Filipe Araújo, vice-presidente da Câmara Municipal de Gondomar (CMG) e responsável pelo pelouro do Planeamento e Ordenamento do Território. “Podemos ter pequenos ajustamentos mas no essencial essa parte está resolvida”, explica.
O processo de revisão de um PDM tem várias fases e o autarca considera que, apesar de estar há pouco tempo no poder, já se fez alguma coisa. “Quando tomamos posse, das primeiras coisas que fizemos foi falar com a equipa que está responsável pelo processo. Pedimos que viessem cá fazer uma apresentação do estado em que se encontrava o trabalho e já houve uma segunda reunião e foi aí que percebemos que faltou uma vontade política para avançar com o processo. Da empresa o que nos foi dito é que têm o trabalho e estavam à espera da decisão política”, começa por explicar Luís Filipe Araújo.
O vice presidente é quem lidera agora o processo, juntamente com a Comissão de Acompanhamento da Revisão do PDM que recentemente, em Assembleia Municipal, elegeu o seu representante. “Já temos uma proposta inicial de zonamento e é nisso que estamos a trabalhar. Demos as nossas indicações ao gabinete responsável”, refere.
