Foi oficialmente apresentado esta tarde, na Casa Branca de Gramido, o programa do “EI!!! – Encontro Internacional de Marionetas” que decorre pela primeira vez em Gondomar de 4 a 7 de junho. O EI!!! é “um grito de chamada de atenção para a Arte, para a Cultura e para a Comunidade”, garante a organização, e pretende afirmar-se nacional e internacionalmente como “um espaço de programação contemporânea, inovadora e alternativa, de reconhecido mérito artístico”.
“É um Encontro de gentes e artistas onde a marioneta se apresenta como uma arte cénica em plena evolução”, é assim que a organização define a primeira edição do “EI!!! – Encontro Internacional de Marionetas” que terá lugar em Gondomar de 4 a 7 de junho. O Encontro inclui na programação – para além dos espetáculos de marionetas – exposições, feiras, conversas, música e até robótica. A abertura e encerramento são de entrada livre para o público mas alguns dos espetáculos do “EI!!” têm um custo simbólico que pode ir de um a três euros.
A organização é da Companhia de Teatro e Marionetas de Mandrágora, com o apoio da Câmara Municipal de Gondomar, e promete trazer vários artistas nacionais e internacionais para uma experiência diferente, com marionetas.
“Um espaço criativo onde diferentes criadores revelam a dimensão deste campo artístico que continua a explorar terrenos novos e imprevistos em dialética com outras formas de arte, passando pelas formas tradicionais portuguesas às experiências criativas mais contemporâneas”, indica a organização.
O vice-presidente da Câmara Municipal de Gondomar e vereador da cultura, Luís Filipe Araújo, destaca o evento que diz ser “de qualidade para Gondomar” e elogia as Marionetas de Mandrágora. “Acredito realmente no trabalho desta companhia”, refere.
Da parte da organização, Clara Ribeiro, deseja que o “EI!!!” chegue “a todos os públicos” e acredita no projeto comunitário e educativo.
Já Filipa Mesquita, também da Companhia, espera que daqui a 10 anos este “EI!!!” possa estar a festejar a sua décima edição. “O EI!!! é este megafone que é chamar por todos”, afirma. “Uma oportunidade de manter o trabalho de contacto social que a companhia Teatro e Marionetas de Mandrágora tem vindo a desenvolver, trabalhando na comunidade a dimensão cultural dinâmica e permanente da arte da marioneta levando este público a participar no EI!!! através da preparação de espetáculos comunitários e exposições do trabalho realizado”, explica a organização.
O Encontro Internacional de Marionetas conta com um apoio da autarquia de cerca de 6000 euros. O valor restante para o orçamento será suportado pela Companhia e pelo valor das entradas.
