A 10ª edição do Rali de Gondomar foi apresentada, a 20 de agosto, no espaço exterior do Multiusos de Gondomar. A superespecial com um espetáculo de “drift” e animação de kartcrosse vai marcar o arranque da prova.
O Gondomar Automóvel Sport (GAS) apresentou a 10ª edição do Rali de Gondomar, marcada para os dias 11 e 12 de setembro. A prova, propriamente dita, preenche o dia de sábado com três troços a cumprir nos dois sentidos – Gens/Covelo, Medas e Melres -, mas com trajetos renovados. Segundo Paulo Magalhães, presidente da direção do GAS e diretor da prova, “90% dos troços são, de algum modo, novos”.
De acordo com a organização da prova, a “edição histórica” do Rali de Gondomar, que conta com o apoio da Câmara Municipal, vai contar com a presença dos pilotos vencedores das anteriores nove edições e é pontuável para o Campeonato de Ralis Norte, Taça FPAK Ralis Terra e Rali Sprint, condição que despertou o interesse de “cerca de meia centena de equipas” já inscritas.
Na apresentação da prova, Sandra Almeida, vereadora do Desporto e Juventude do Município de Gondomar, expressou o desejo de condições meteorológicas favoráveis à realização do rali, ao contrário do que se verificou no ano passado.
Desta forma, a autarca acredita na presença de “milhares e milhares de pessoas a acompanharem o rali mais de perto”.
A 10ª edição do Rali de Gondomar vai contar com o habitual espetáculo de “drift” e kartcrosse, no dia 11 de setembro, numa superespecial que marca o arranque da maior prova de automobilismo do concelho.
