O Pavilhão Multiusos recebeu, no dia 14 de julho, a “AMUT Fest”, evento que assinalou o sétimoaniversário da Associação Mutualista de Gondomar. Uma festa repleta de atividades para todas as idades.
O Multiusos de Gondomar, no décimo quarto dia de julho, abraçou um evento que se destinou, sobretudo, a promover o convívio entre gerações e a prática de atividades que fomentam a saúde e a qualidade de vida. A Associação Mutualista de Gondomar propôs um programa recheado de iniciativas, com companhias de dança, diversas aulas de yoga e pilates e várias atividades que alcançaram todas as gerações. Ao longo do dia estiveram disponíveis insufláveis, pinturas faciais, parede de escalada com slide, jogos tradicionais e muitas opções de comida e bebida.
Ângela Pereira, diretora da AMUT, falou-nos da importância de ter “um evento para todas as gerações” e referiu que a prioridade passou pela existência de “um espaço agradável para que as pessoas se consigam divertir num festival de alegria intergeracional”.
Nas palavras da diretora, o balanço do aniversário da AMUT foi bastante positivo e a adesão razoável sendo o primeiro evento do género. “Somos uma associação relativamente jovem, aproveitamos este dia para divulgar a nossa imagem e, acima de tudo, para as pessoas perceberem que a AMUT não é só para os sócios. É para todos”, realçou Ângela Pereira.
“Quanto mais pudermos prevenir e cuidar uns dos outros melhor. Trouxemos os seniores da União de Freguesias de Fânzeres e São Pedro da Cova, vários bailarinos do Brasil e do Porto, uma professora de yoga e duas professores de pilates. Aquilo que fazemos na AMUT passa sempre por aproximar. Não há idades. Há vontades”, concluiu a diretora. De notar que todas as receitas da festa se destinaram à criação do Centro de Recursos de Ajudas Técnicas da AMUT e ficou a promessa de que no próximo ano a divulgação do evento será feita de forma mais ampla.
