No dia 28 de julho, o anfiteatro do Largo do Souto volta a receber o Festival Internacional de Folclore da Cidade de Gondomar. No total, oito grupos etnográficos vão participar na iniciativa.
O Grupo Folclórico de São Cosme de Gondomar vai convidar, pelo 46ª vez, oito grupos e ranchos folclóricos para integrar o cartaz do Festival Internacional de Folclore da Cidade de Gondomar.
A iniciativa, igualmente conhecida como FolkGondomar D’Ouro, vai ter lugar no anfiteatro do Largo do Souto, em São Cosme, e contará com as participações do Grupo Típico “O Cancioneiro de Castelo Branco”, Ballet Folclórico Municipal Rancágua (Chile), Rancho Folclórico dos Soutos – Caranguejeira (Leiria), Embers of Anatolia – Anadolu University Folklore Research Center (Turquia), Rancho Folclórico do Ourundo (Covilhã), Grupo de Folclore “Monte Verde” – Funchal (Madeira), The Free Steppe (Rússia) e o Grupo Folclórico São Cosme de Gondomar.
À semelhança das edições anteriores, a iniciativa terá início durante a tarde com a chegada dos grupos e ranchos convidados a Gondomar, que serão recebidos oficialmente no salão nobre do Município. O ponto alto, os espetáculos, deverão ter início perto das 21h30 com o arranque do festival.
