O festival que reconheceu o trabalho do realizador português foi o LAIFFA (Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards), que também qualifica automaticamente para o IMDB.
O documentário foi realizado na Islândia em 2019 e tem como objetivo mostrar à sociedade a importância da preservação do mundo. O fotógrafo e produtor de vídeos recebe pela terceira vez esta distinção internacional, entre as mais de duas dezenas de prémios alcançados ao longo da sua carreira.
